About

More about me:)

My style is highly collaborative and tailored to your individual goals. As a counseling psychologist, I take a strengths-based and integrative approach, drawing from person-centered and evidence-based interventions such as CBT and ACT. I see people from all walks of life. I am queer-identified and value supporting my LGBTQ+ community and their families. Life is really, really hard sometimes. You don't have to figure it all out alone. I encourage you to take the time to find a therapist who feels like a good fit. I offer free phone consultations prior to our first appointment to talk more about your goals for therapy, my approach, financial considerations, and mutually assess if we might work well together.
